  • Yarra Community Centre Grand Opening
    Set to open on Saturday 7 February 2026, Yarra Community Centre at 10 Uhrig Road, Lidcombe will be a multipurpose hub designed to inspire, connect, and support the local community.

    Operated by the City of Parramatta, the Centre will feature flexible, modern spaces for learning, collaboration, events, and community connection.

  • Night Road Closures - M4 on-ramp at Hill Road
    As part of the Hill Road upgrade Transport for NSW will temporarily close the M4 Motorway eastbound on and off-ramps, and Carter Street at Hill Road for utility work. The roads will be closed from 8pm to 5am for up to 11 night shifts between Wednesday 4 and Friday 20 February.
