  • Sydney Royal Easter Show
    Preparation is in the final stages in readiness for the 2026 Sydney Royal Easter Show gates to open on Thursday 2 April.

    Road closures, access changes and parking restrictions are in place. Visit mySOP Royal Easter Show for details on closures and operational changes that may affect your visit. Hit ‘Follow’ to get updates as they’re published.

    The Sydney Royal Easter Show brings hundreds of thousands of visitors to Sydney Olympic Park annually and is 12 days of joy, food, animals, show bags, and rides. Why not bring the family along?

  • River Walk closed for survey works – Tuesday 7 to Friday 10 April
    Important survey works will take place on the River Walk between Tuesday 7 to Friday 10 April (weather permitting). During this time there will be no access to the River Walk between Ferry Wharf Circuit and Newington Armory.

    Pedestrians and cyclists are advised to detour through Woo-la-ra and Newington Nature Reserve to access Newington Armory.

    We thank you for your patience whilst this important work is undertaken.
