Surveying Services for Light Rail

From Monday 1 to Thursday 18 August, non-invasive surveying of services for the Light Rail Project will be conducted along Dawn Fraser Avenue (between Australia Avenue and Olympic Boulevard).

Work will include

Non-invasive surveying of services for Light Rail Project. No noise will be generated and there will be no pedestrian obstructions. 

What to expect

2-3 parking bays on Dawn Fraser Avenue towards Australia Avenue will be temporarily unavailable, along with 4-5 parking bays on Dawn Fraser Avenue towards Olympic Boulevard.

Location of work

Dawn Fraser Avenue, between Australia Avenue and Olympic Boulevard 

Hours of work

7am to 5pm, Monday 1 to Thursday 18 August

Traffic control and access throughout the period of the works

Traffic controllers will be positioned to ensure the safe and efficient flow of pedestrians and traffic and entry to any adjacent properties obstructed by the road closure.

Changes due to wet weather and precinct operational requirements

The above program is subject to disruption or changes due to wet weather, precinct operational requirements and unforeseen site conditions which will be the subject of further notifications as required.
