Notice of Proposal to grant licences under s32 (1) of the Sydney Olympic Park Authority Act 2001 (NSW) 

Pursuant to Section 32(1) of the Sydney Olympic Park Authority Act 2001 (NSW), Sydney Olympic Park Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Planning and Minister for Homes, proposes to grant to licences to Sports Entertainment Network (A.C.N 129 637 378) and Heart and Soul Pty Ltd (A.C.N 065 705 946), by way of two separate licence agreements, for the Community Radio Tower in Bicentennial Park, on the land Folio Identifier 11/1095867 being the whole of Lot 11 in Deposited Plan 1095867, Sydney Olympic Park.

Submissions are invited from persons who wish to comment on the proposal. The proposed licence agreements referred to in this notice will not be entered into before all submissions relating to this proposal have been duly considered.

Folio Identifier 11/1095867 being the whole of Lot 11 in Deposited Plan 1095867 in Bicentennial Park, Sydney Olympic Park.

Purposes for which the land will be used under the proposed licences
The licenced area will be used for establishing and operating a radio transmissions facility.

Term of the proposed licences
5 years (plus 1 further terms of 5 years)
