Take the Paralympic sports challenge at Sydney Olympic Park

From Monday 2 until Wednesday 4 December, as part of celebrations for International Day of People with Disability, you can come and try Paralympic sports during lunch at Sydney Olympic Park.

In a partnership between Sydney Olympic Park Authority and True Sports Events, individual challenges will be held in Park Street, near the railway station, between 12pm and 2.30pm each day. There will also be opportunities to meet Paralympic athletes, a daily quiz with prizes to win, and music and entertainment.

People can compete in a variety of sports, either individually, as a group, or as a team from your organisation:

Monday 2 December

  • Blind Cricket; Goalball; Boccia

Tuesday 3 December

  • Wheelchair Rugby; Athletics - racerunning

Wednesday 4 December

  • Wheelchair Basketball; Wheelchair Rugby

It's FREE to participate, but registraitions are encouraged to secure your place. This is a great opportunity to have some fun with your friends and colleagues, and support disability awareness and inclusion at Sydney Olympic Park.
