COVID-19 Vaccination Enquiries

Please note Sydney Olympic Park Authority are NOT taking bookings or enquiries for the COVID-19 Vaccination Program

Free Parking in the P1, P3 & P4 Car Park for Vaccination Centre Patrons

Due to the current COVID-19 Lockdown situation and in an effort to encourage vaccination, parking in P1, P3 & P4 Car Parks will be free for those attending the Sydney Olympic Park Vaccination Centre's to receive a COVID-19 vaccination, until otherwise advised.

NSW Health Vaccination Centre is now open in Sydney Olympic Park, follow directional signage located throughout the Park to help you get to your appointment. Below are some tips to help ensure you arrive at your appointment safely and on time.  For more information on the Vaccination Centre or to make a booking please visit NSW Health.

Getting to your appointment

The Qudos Bank Arena and the Figtree Drive Vaccination Centres in Sydney Olympic Park are easily accessible by car or public transport.

  • Figtree Drive NSW Health Vaccination Centre is located at 1 Figtree Drive, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 2127 (on the corner of Australia Avenue)
  • QBA NSW Health Vaccination Centre is located at 19 Edwin Flack Ave, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 2127
  • Waterview in Bicentennial Park NSW Health Vaccination Centre is located on Bicentennial Drive, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127

Additional staff and signage will be out on-site to help you find your way.

Driving

For those driving to the Sydney Olympic Park Vaccination Centres to receive a COVID-19 vaccination, free parking is available in P1 and P3 car parks.
Please plan your trip and make sure that you go to the nearest car park for your booking:
  • The closest car park to the Figtree Drive Vaccination Centre is P3 car park, with entry via Sarah Durack Ave. Follow directional signage from the car park to navigate the short 10-minute walk to the Centre. A free shuttle bus will be available to take you to and from the Figtree Drive Vaccination Centre, from P3 Car Park and Olympic Park Station. The shuttle will leave approximately every 20 minutes.
  • The closest car park to the QBA NSW Health Vaccination Centre is P1 car park on Edwin Flack Ave, entry via Old Hill Link. Exit on Level 3 towards Stadium Australia, turn left towards Olympic Boulevard and walk to the end of any entrance queue to enter Qudos Bank Arena.
  • The best parking for the Waterview in Bicentennial Park NSW Health Vaccination Centre is in Bicentennial Park, entry via left turn only from Australia Ave. Overflow parking is available P4 car park, if needed and a shuttle bus will be operating every 20 mins (approx.). to transfer customers to/from the vaccination centre.

You are encouraged to user the free parking in P1, P3 & P4 car parks, as there is limited street parking is available near the centre.

Road closures and traffic changes will be in place to support the operation of both vaccination centres. If you’re driving, follow the directions of signage and traffic controllers on site:

  • Olympic Blvd will be closed to vehicles between Dawn Fraser Ave and Edwin Flack Ave
  • Figtree Drive will be limited to local traffic only
  • No right turn from Australia Ave into Bicentennial Park

Accessible drop off and pick up areas are available for both vaccination centres for visitors with mobility needs. This can generally be organised when making your appointment at the Vaccination Centre and please speak to the staff when you arrive at the Park.

Public Transport

If you’re catching public transport remember it’s mandatory to wear a mask and you’ll need to use an Opal card.

Trains run regularly to Olympic Park from Platform 0 at Lidcombe Station. From the station the Qudos Bank Arena NSW Health Vaccination Centre is a short 7 minute walk via Olympic Blvd near Stadium Australia, follow the signs to find your way. The NSW Health Figtree Drive Vaccination Centre is a short 6 minute walk via the Australia Ave exit, follow the signs to find your way.

Regular route buses 525 and 526 make stops along both Edwin Flack Ave near Qudos Bank Arena and along Australia Ave near the Figtree Drive centre. Route 533 also stops near Figtree Drive.

The nearest taxi rank is located on Herb Elliott Ave at the Pullman Hotel.

Shuttle bus
A free shuttle bus will be available to take you to and from the Centre to the P3 & P4 car park and Olympic Park Station. The shuttle will leave approximately every 20 minutes.

Vaccination Centre information

On the Day

  • If you are unwell or have ‘flu-like’ symptoms on the day of your appointment you cannot attend and should not travel to the vaccination centre.
  • If a household contact is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, isolating at home or is considered a close contact, you must not attend the vaccination appointment. It is also important you get tested and self-isolate until you receive a negative test result.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time.
  • Please wear loose clothing so your upper arm can be easily exposed for the vaccination (e.g. t-shirt or other loose clothing)
  • For medical questions, please contact your GP or specialist for.

When you Arrive at the Vaccination Centre

  • You will be given a mask and you will need to wear it at all times. If you are unable to wear a mask, you cannot attend.
  • When you arrive, we will ask you to confirm that you feel well.
  • We estimate appointments will take approximately 1 hour.

 

Local information

Two Mass Vaccination hubs and a drive-through COVID Testing clinic will be operating at Sydney Olympic Park, with thousands of people expected to visit the precinct on a daily basis

Road closures and traffic control will be in place to support the operation of the vaccination centres and to allow for safe journeys by pedestrians and motorists.

  • Olympic Blvd will be closed to vehicles between Dawn Fraser Ave and Edwin Flack Ave
  • Figtree Drive will be limited to local traffic only
  • No right turn from Australia Ave into Bicentennial Park
