Night works scheduled for Herb Elliott Avenue

Essential road maintenance works are scheduled to be carried out on Herb Elliott Avenue between Showground Road and Park Street in Sydney Olympic Park.

The works will be undertaken by the Downer Group on behalf of Sydney Olympic Park Authority, from 8pm until 5am over three nights, beginning on Wednesday 12 December, weather permitting.

The road maintenance was due to be undertaken in the last week of November but was postponed due to weather conditions.

Road closures and detours will be in place and parkng patrols will commence at 6pm on 12 December on the northern side of Herb Elliot Avenue to accommodate the works. Access to properties will be granted upon direction from traffic controllers.

These works will be noisy, however every effort will be made to minimise the noise impact on residents and businesses.
