Sydney Olympic Park Authority is responsible for the future planning of Sydney Olympic Park, along with the day to day management of development that occurs throughout the Park.

Future planning at Sydney Olympic Park is guided by Master Plan 2030 which aims to provide a comprehensive approach to the long-term development of Sydney Olympic Park, focusing on creating an active, vibrant town within metropolitan Sydney but ensuing that the Park remains one of Australia’s premier sporting, recreational and entertainment precincts.

Sydney Olympic Park Authority is the first point of contact for any development proposed in the Park.  Sydney Olympic Park Authority’s Urban Planning and Design team are responsible for managing the Authority’s obligations under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act (1979), and can guide you through the various development consent pathways that are relevant to development here at the Park.
