I have been charged more than once on my credit card for parking , how do I get a refund?

In order for us to investigate this matter, you will need to contact your bank and advise them that you have a duplicate transaction dispute.

Your bank will send the Sydney Olympic Park Authority (SOPA) a Merchant Chargeback Letter.

Upon completion of that investigation, SOPA may authorise your bank to refund the disputed transaction.

How long will it take to exit the car park?

Our car parks were designed to empty in approximately 60 minutes.

Are there any facilities to charge electric cars at Sydney Olympic Park?

There are two Tesla destination chargers located within P1 Car Park. Location coordinates are provided to Tesla car owners via the vehicles dashboard display. Note: Parking fees apply.

What times are the car parks open?

Our car parks are generally opened 24/7with automatic pay stations, however, not all car parks are staffed.

Where is the motor bike parking?

Motor bike parking is available on Herb Elliott Avenue, P1 Car Park and P6 Car Park under the ferris wheel.

Do I have to pay for motor bike parking?

No, unless you enter a car park via a boom gate.

What are the height clearance of the car parks?

P1 – 2 metres
P3 – 2.1 metres
P8 – 2.3 metres

All other carparks (P2, P4, P5 and P6) are open air car parks.

Can I leave the car overnight and collect the following day? Does this cost two full day payments or one?

Yes you can leave your car overnight. A full day parking it is based on time of purchase, eg. 3pm Saturday 12 March to 2.59pm Sunday 13 March.

Can I buy a parking ticket to tonight’s event?

You cannot buy pre-booked parking for tonights game, however, there is generally always casual parking available.

Follow the electronic signs when you arrive at the Park to available casual car park.

Alternatively, you can catch public transport.

Many major events at ANZ Stadium include an intergrated ticket which includes public transport on major event buses or Sydney Trains.

Does my event ticket include public transport?

For most major events held at ANZ Stadium and during the Royal Easter Show at Sydney Showground, public transport is included in the ticket price.

Please check with the venue or Transport NSW to see if public transport is included in your event ticket.

I forgot to pre-book parking for tonight's event. What are my options?

The on-line booking system cuts out at 11.59pm the day before an event.

Casual parking is generally still be available tonight.

Follow the electronic signs when you arrive on site to the available casual car park.

Alternatively, you can catch public transport and many major events at ANZ Stadium include an intergrated ticket which includes public transport on major event buses or Sydney Trains.

What car park should I park in for my event?

When you enter Sydney Olympic Park, large electronic signs will display parking information. Follow these signs to available parking for your event.

To guarantee a car space for your event, consider pre-booking your parking.

What is classed as a 'major event'?

Normally major events are Swans, Waratahs, soccer internationals, rugby internationals, cricket internationals, State of Origin and NRL/AFL finals games etc.

Integrated tickets will generally be in operation during a major event which means your game entry ticket and public transport are included as one. Please check with Transport NSW to confirm if your event ticket includes public transport.

Major event buses do not run for weekly NRL games and therefore will not be in operation .

Can I enter and exit multiple times with my pre-booked ticket?

No, parking tickets are for one entry and one exit only at the nominated car park.

Do you have accessible parking?

Yes, we have accessible parking spaces for genuine disabled persons.

The driver or the passenger must have a valid RMS accessible permit displayed on the vehicle.

When does parking become available for booking?

Parking is generally available 3 months in advance of your event date. Please check our pre-booked parking page regularly.

Is casual parking available during major events?

Limited casual parking is generally available on the day.

Follow the electronic signs when you enter the Park to the available casual car parking. Sometimes all parking spaces are either full or pre-booked.  

To guarantee a space, please pre-book your parking.

I have difficulty reading or printing the pre-booked parking pass?

You may need to update your Adobe software to read and then print the parking pass.

The parking pass needs to be printed and the barcode scanned upon entry to the car park.
